At UWM headquarters, Winners Win brought together over 500 loan originators and real estate agents for two days of genuine connection and relationship building. Attendees dove into sessions that got straight to the heart of what matters: brand identity, effective sales strategies, and leveraging AI to stay ahead.

From the creative assets to social promotion, every element was designed with purpose. The result? A 4.8 out of 5 rating from attendees who left with fresh ideas and stronger relationships. Winners Win was more than just a success—it was a moment where people truly connected and found value.

Beach Clean Up

After rebranding Cabana & Capsule to emphasize sustainability, we knew we needed to do more than just talk about it—we had to live it. The rebrand wasn’t just a change in logo or colors; it was a shift in values, a commitment to making a positive impact. To bring this message to life ahead of our Miami Swim Week show, I spearheaded a global campaign that invited every brand in our portfolio to participate in Worldwide Clean Up Day. But this wasn’t just an invitation; it was a call to action that resonated with our new identity.

From beaches in California to coastlines in Southeast Asia, our brands took up the challenge. In the end, with the help of our brands, we collected over 10,000 pounds of waste collected—a tangible, impactful outcome that spoke louder than any marketing campaign ever could.

In the fast-paced world of mortgage lending, recruiting top talent requires more than just a good pitch—it demands meaningful connections. Recognizing this, I saw the need for personal, localized events that would do just that: bring potential recruits face-to-face with the UMortgage team in an environment where real conversations could happen.

We set our sights on Palm Beach, Florida, for a value-driven event that would resonate with the local market. Bringing together over 300 loan originators and their referral partners, we created a space where insights and connections were the priority. Industry leader Barry Habib headlined the event, delivering powerful, actionable insights on market trends and predictions that left attendees with a deeper understanding of the industry’s future.

Together, we filled a room full of engaged professionals who didn’t just hear about the UMortgage advantage—they experienced it firsthand, making this event a key moment in our ongoing recruiting strategy.
